HP Retail Strategy

 

Factor Design created a pilot program for HP’s retail presence to create a better directed shopping experience, and distinguish HP’s brand voice and look from its competitors.

As a design strategist, my responsibilities included:
-auditing retail competitors and identifying successful retail strategies
-directing the graphic designers and copywriters in creating consistent creative material
-researching the shopping experience and how to center the retail experience around the consumer’s needs
